  • Call data: Phone call metadata (caller number, duration, timestamps), call transcripts, and AI-generated summaries for calls handled by your AI receptionist.
  • Usage data: How you interact with our dashboard, features you use, and performance metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our AI receptionist service
  • Process your transactions and manage your subscription
  • Improve service reliability and performance (we do not use patient call data to train AI models)
  • Send you service-related communications (booking confirmations, account updates)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our product
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to authorized account holders. We use industry-standard security measures including SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers: Cloud hosting (Railway), payment processing (Stripe), telephony (Twilio), speech services (Deepgram, Cartesia), and AI services (Anthropic) that help us deliver our product.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Call transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Audrey is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
